Another Fact: The “threatening letter” that Sara Anthony got in the mail was a “Cease and Desist – Defamation and False Statements on Social Media Against Rebecca Witherspoon”. This is a formal notice that is sent via certified mail to a person that is intentionally spreading defamation and false statements informing them to change their behavior or face legal action. This gives the person spreading defamatory and false statements a fair chance to change their behavior before legal action is taken.

There are all the facts regarding this Nextdoor suspension.

Now for some pieces of my opinion.

Yes I can be a hard man and I’ve never claimed to be infallible; however, that doesn’t change the fact that double standards and corruption are a driving factor behind Nextdoor Deforest WI Community moderation.

The suspension notice specifically says, “Our Guidelines prohibit posts and replies that discriminate against, attack, insult, shame, bully, or belittle others.” Sara Anthony intentionally attacked Rebecca with her false “threatening” innuendo and completely misrepresents Rebecca’s actions to stop Anthony’s defamation on Social Media, including Nextdoor, as “declaring war”. Josh Klug openly trolls me with his intentional false claims about things I’ve written in the past but he cannot produce as evidence and openly insults me both psychologically and intellectually; Klug has a history of uncivil trolling insults and making up lies about me that are routinely left for others to read even after they are reported. Personally, I don’t care one bit about the nonsense insults Klug writes, his words represent his lack of intelligence, what I do care about are the brazen double standards I see in Nextdoor’s moderation. Both Anthony and Klug have regularly engaged in verifiably uncivil rhetoric that violate Nextdoor’s Guidelines and yet their comments are allowed to remain visible on Nextdoor and neither one of them are suspended for their uncivil words that violate the Guidelines. This is how local moderators, like Travis Blair, intentionally twist Nextdoor DeForest WI Community into an echo chamber that intentionally silences those that disagree with the narratives of the unethical mob that controls what Nextdoor users can see. This is a morally bankrupt double standard.

The Travis Blair I referred to above and in my official appeal is one of the moderators in the Nextdoor DeForest Community. He has shown me with his words that he has an extreme bias, an active double standard when it comes to those he disagrees with, plus he’s a brazen hypocrite. The actions of the Nextdoor DeForest WI Community moderators seems to reflect the same double standards and bias I’ve seen from Blair. In a recent conversation on Facebook, I highlighted his hypocrisy:

As for Sara Anthony’s choices. As you can clearly see in her comment above, Anthony very intentionally left out the fact that the letter she received from Rebecca was a “Cease and Desist” letter specifically giving her the opportunity to change her defamatory behaviors before any legal action is taken. Instead, Anthony intentionally chose to smear the letter as “threatening” without providing a shred of evidence to support her solo use of the word “threatening” thus intentionally opening this up to biased subjective interpretation of what the word “threatening” means. This is very intentional defamation innuendo, it’s a very personal public defamation attack that can be used in civil court because it’s literally an intentional lie by omission which shows specific intent to smear Rebecca as a serious threat.

Much of what happens in our lives is about the choices we make. Sara Anthony should have chosen to take the opportunity presented to her in the “Cease and Desist” letter and seriously reevaluate her words and choose to take a different rhetorical path, but…
