Was it a subtle call-to-arms targeting people that oppose Donald Trump becoming the next President of the United States of America, a kind of dog-whistle to people that are suffering from acute Trump Derangement Syndrome and may be prone to violence?

Why?
Totalitarianism is an enemy of the Constitution of the United States of America and therefore it's an enemy to the people of the USA. It's not the people who are consumed by the ideology that are the enemy, it's the ideology itself.
After President Trump was elected in November 2016, the political left could have easily chosen to be the adult in the room for the next four years; however, the political left chose differently.
Do you honestly think the behavior of the protesters and rioters is going to get any better if the behavior is actively being enabled?
Feel free to peaceably assemble and petition the Government for a redress of grievances all you want but once you prove that your common sense is dead by choosing to start intimidation and violence your message quickly becomes lost in your own unethical and immoral actions.
