Guest Post: The Art of War

I’m part of an email group that converses almost weekly, sometimes a bit more often, about hot political topics of the day. There are varying opinions on varied topics and this was one that I thought I should share so others could share their thoughts, both pro and con, on the essay. The author has strong opinions and his essay will be controversial for some people, so please take a deep breath, read the whole thing, breathe some more, and then comment if you like. So, in keeping with the stated purpose of Society Building Blocks, Critically Thinking About Things That Change Society, I present this guest post by Good Dog Happy Man which touches on current events and ongoing topics that have the potential to change our society.

The Art Of War

Congratulations, Lefties! Give yourselves another round of applause in the hallowed halls of hypocrisy. The U.S. has finally decided to drop a few precision-guided reality bombs on the Iranian regime. You know them, right? The ones who’ve been playing global chess with human lives as pawns, who routinely hung homosexuals, stoned adulterers, murdered Christians and killed anyone who questioned the authority of the ayatollahs, …. most recently, … 30,000 young protestors.

But wait! What do we hear? A chorus of objections from the usual suspects: the U.N., the Vatican, Spain, the U.K., and, … drumroll, please, … the Democrat Party. Because nothing says, “We have the moral high ground” like wagging your finger at America while cozying up to a fascist theocracy that’s basically a masterclass in medieval brutality.

Lefties are rooting and wishing for the Iran War to turn out badly for Western Civilization.

Why?

Because Trump. And why? Because at the same time Trump is ending Iran’s long-running nuclear blackmail game, he is terminating the rackets of the Democrat Party.

Now you know why Hamas, Hezbollah and Houthi terrorists swim in the same schools as our woke, anti-American Lefties, including the hive-minded media #GetTrump demon factory. Chaos does everything possible to avoid meeting order.

And this is why passing the SAVE Act is as consequential as ridding the Middle East of its chief chaos agent. Do you realize how perfectly insane our country’s election procedure has become? The fraud is titanic and right in your face, and the remedy is so plain and simple. What possible excuse is there to thwart it? Non-citizens have no right to vote. Mail-in ballots are patently subject to chicanery. Vote tabulation machines are demonstrably hackable. 80% of Americans know this is the truth. How’s there any controversy over this?

How? Because among all the broken institutions in our country, Congress is the worst. The Congress of our time is demonstrating that we might not be worthy of governing ourselves. We are at a low point for public rectitude. Anything goes and nothing matters as long as the campaign contributions keep rolling in. You see how this has been going.

We are going to get election reform one way or another. It’s that urgent, and failure to accomplish it by legislation will warrant a national emergency. And when the election machinery has been fixed, we had better do something about the plague of Democrat dark money that runs like cancer through our body politic.

So, Mr. Trump, for all his flaws, attempts to bring order out of chaos at home and in global relations, and the agents of chaos mightily resent the shut-down of their precious chaos. With Iran, it has come to fighting fire with fire. It’s unlikely that most of the people in that country seek to become martyrs. The cult of martyrdom is strictly the business of the mullahtoxic murdering maniacs who seized power in 1979.  Iran was the leading global provider for terrorists around the whole world.

Regardless of one’s feelings about attacking Iran the one salient point and inconvenient fact that most people miss and  Lefties and other 5th columnists of the 4th Estate  ignore, … is that Iran has been at war with us for 47 years, … thank you Jimmah Cartah/Clinton/Obama/Biden and other insane traitorous Foggy Bottom-Feeders.

Entwined with Iran’s oil business, and the energy security of many nations, the mullahs inflect the trade of this primary resource with their chaos. The world cannot cope with chaos in the oil trade. The collapsing regime of the mullahs wants to go out as a martyr. Just like the Democratic Party wants to martyr the founding principles of the USA to preserve its matrix of moneygrubbing and power-seeking. These are two forces that require the most severe discipline and Mr. Trump is acting to impose exactly that. It’s painful to witness, but it must happen if we want to continue the human project as a reality-based enterprise.

Do you doubt that if the mullahs had a nuclear weapon, they wouldn’t use it? They’re going off like a shotgun, raining missiles down on other Muslim-majority nations. What keeps me awake at night is their 460 kg. of enriched uranium. Even a dirty radioactive bomb would be a disaster of Biblical proportions.

So heed what is at stake in the events unspooling. This is a dark moment in a journey back to daylight. But keep the baby, Faith. As the old American hymn goes, “Farther along we’ll know more about it, farther along we’ll understand why.”

Even if American involvement spans a few months instead of a few weeks, this will represent a huge win for everyone. Rather than stew in feelings of betrayal, detractors should reconsider their position and have a little more faith in the Donald.

If Democrats truly cared about human rights, they’d be cheering the USA, not clutching their pearls and looking for the nearest fainting couch.

“Politics stops at the water’s edge.”  NOT fully funding the Department of Homeland Security during a war is an act of treason. If there’s another terrorist attack here in our homeland, WE, the People will know who to blame. To paraphrase the late great Golda Meier, “Peace will only come to America when Lefties love their own country more than they hate President Trump.”

But hey, who am I to judge? After all, in the theater of global politics, Lefty hypocrisy is the longest-running dog-and-pony show.

Curtain call, … Lefties, …  take another bow.
