Part III: Moderation in Nextdoor Deforest, WI Community Has Been Thoroughly Corrupted!

First here’s the FACTS, 100% transparency.

I’ve been suspended from Nextdoor for a month, here is the notice I received…

Those are the actual FACTS surrounding this suspension, I presented actual screen shots as proof of what I claim because they show 100% transparency without any bias of any kind. Make up your own minds based on actual facts.

Now for my opinion about this 30 day silencing suspension.

What happened above is more evidence of the same corruption that I wrote about in Part 1 and Part 2 of this series.

The suspension notification states “Our Guidelines prohibit posts and replies that discriminate against, attack, insult, shame, bully, or belittle others”. It seems to me that they are passing judgement in a very, VERY hypocritical way, their bias is in-your-face. I’ve never claimed to be an angel and I fully acknowledge that I’m a hard man, but read the comments above from Cindy and my replies and let’s discuss them honestly;

1. In the first comment; Cindy calling me a Trumplican wasn’t meant as a civil complement, it was meant as a personal insult meant to attack, belittle and defame and it’s all based on pure assumption. Under the circumstances after being personally and intentionally insulted, I think I was reasonably respectful, I even took the time to provide some of the things I’ve written and said about Trump since 2016. It’s brazen hypocrisy to leave her intentional insulting comment posted and delete my reply, pointing out her name calling insult, and then use that reported comment as justification for suspension.
   
2. In the second comment; Cindy literally tells me to “butt out”, this was intentionally uncivil rhetoric. What did I do when faced with intentional uncivil rhetoric directed at me, I respectfully questioned her use of “butt out”, and then I respectfully and honestly addressed the thesis of her comment which was “why are you even commenting on this thread”. I provided a thorough explanation of why what goes on in DeForest concerns me and I even went as far as to explain that my explanation also applied to her. Then I clearly and honestly addressed her bad attitude and lack of logic regarding her trying to insert her pompous (pompous: affectedly and irritatingly grand, solemn, or self-important) judgement on what concerns me, and I specifically emphasized the difference between me and her. Considering the genuine lack of respect shown in her last sentence, I think my reply was reasonably respectful and written with firm resolve. Cindy’s comment was disrespectful and uncivil and yet her disrespectful and uncivil comment is allowed to remain posted on Nextdoor while my reply to her nonsense is deleted and used as false justification for suspension.
   
3. In the third comment; Cindy essentially asked the same things she had asked in the comment I had already addressed, so I told her so. My first reply was immediately under her original question, and wasn’t hard to find at all. In this exchange I don’t think either comment was disrespectful, but I did immediately notice that the pompously illogical rhetoric she used in the last sentence of her previous comment wasn’t used in this comment, leading me to think that the first part of her follow up reply was likely a lie.

In a reply to someone else’s comment shortly after Cindy’s “waste my time” comment above, I commended Cindy for bowing out of the mud slinging regardless of the uncivil and disrespectful method she used to do it and I offered her an olive branch for the future…

Cindy’s reply to offering that olive branch was to personally insult me with the Trumplican comment that I shared above. How civil of Cindy. After an honest evaluation it appears to me that Cindy was trolling me from the start and since I didn’t continue down her absurd emotional rabbit hole and instead kept my head and was reasonably respectful, “they”, the cabal of lying comment reporters, falsely reported my comments as disrespectful and the overtly biased moderators used those false reports as justification to suspend me, again. This is morally bankrupt and anti-American behavior.

TROLLING: verb Posting inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community with the deliberate intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion to draw attention to themself and/or for their own amusement.

If you’d like some more evidence of the biased corruption, here’s another comment, my reply, and the appeal I submitted after a flagrantly false report was submitted to moderators. You guessed it, as usual they denied my appeal.

Becky’s post included three screenshots of comments posted on Reddit from an anonymous commenter named “404GiveAFksNotFound” and none of them were proof of what Becky was claiming, her accusations were based on assumptions. Becky doesn’t seem to fully understand that “Correlation ≠ Causation”, instead she seems to think that an accusation is proof enough, aka guilty until proven innocent. My reply to Becky above was reported as “Non-local topic outside of a group”, here is the appeal I submitted that was subsequently denied…

This took place after I reported the multiple direct insults posted by Josh Klug that I discussed in Part 2 of this series. That’s right folks, they left Becky’s comment, that WAS in fact a flagrant violation of the Community Guidelines they accused me of, and they deleted my comment that specifically addressed Becky’s comment. THIS IS FLAGRANT MODERATION CORRUPTION!

There is a regular verifiable pattern of people in the Nextdoor DeForest WI Community falsely reporting the comments of people that stand up for themselves, stand up for what’s right, stand up for truth, stand up for logic, challenge false claims, challenge assumptions, challenge misinformation, and challenge bald-faced lies. These people do not like the fact that the real truth about their comments is being made public and they are going to extraordinary efforts to silence the speakers of truth. These people want their false comments to be left alone and untainted with truth and facts and they’ll lie, cheat, and abuse the moderation system to accomplish their goals knowing full well that the truth tellers are people of integrity and won’t stoop to their level of unethical and immoral behaviors to silence those they oppose.

I want to make it perfectly clear; I don’t think that the people corrupting the Nextdoor DeForest WI Community are actually evil people, but their behaviors are definitely borderline evil aka profoundly immoral and wicked. I think their ethics and morals have been corrupted so badly that they are using multiple rationalizations to try and justify their unethical and immoral behaviors and they might not even realize just how ethically and morally bankrupt they have become. The problem I see with the people that are intentionally corrupting the moderation system on Nextdoor is, they are far too comfortable with their unethical and immoral behaviors and in some cases it appears that they’re really enjoying silencing and destroying others. The problem I see with the Nextdoor moderation system is that it literally encourages this kind of abuse and they’re not doing anything to fix it. This is a societal cancer.
