ABC & Stephanopoulos Are Not The Only Ones That Defamed Donald Trump With Their “Convicted Rapist” Intentional Lies!

Libel: a published false statement that is damaging to a person’s reputation; a written defamation.

We now know that ABC and Stephanopoulos have settled Donald Trump’s defamation case for $15 million dollars and issued an public apology for their false defamation, but what about all the other pundits, bloggers, commenters, etc. that have parroted as fact the exact same false claim that Trump was convicted of rape or that Trump is a convicted rapist. These too are false defamation aka libelous statements spread across the internet? All of these false statements are intentional defamation.

Here’s just one example of a false Trump is a convicted rapist statement. The Madison, WI area blogger Gregory Humphrey of Caffeinated Politics posted on May 30, 2024 the following sentence in one of his routine Trump Deranged Syndrome (TDS) diatribes, this one he titled “Donald Trump Found Guilty On All 34 Felony Charges, Newspaper Front Pages On CP Friday” .

I submitted a comment to that blog post on May 30, 2024 so the author could correct his false statement but he clearly chose to stand behind his statement because it’s still there today, seven months later.

What Humphrey wrote isn’t simply an opinion, it’s a intentional false statement presented as a fact aka a bald-faced lie written a year and twenty-one days after the the case was over and the “convicted as a rapist” claim had been thoroughly debunked hundreds of times across the media and the internet. Even after I submitted a comment informing Humphrey that the rapist claim was a bald-faced lie, he didn’t retract, edit, or delete the statement, it’s still there today. Humphrey can’t claim ignorance, he was given the opportunity to correct his lie but…

What Humphrey wrote is a libelous statement, aka written defamation, and now it can’t be scrubbed from existence even if he deletes the entire blog post to hide his intentional defamation, here is a screen shot taken today of the entire blog post as proof.

Why aren’t all of these intentional liars getting sued, retracting their libelous written defamation, and issuing public apologies for their intentional lies?

Where is the public outcry condemning all these morally bankrupt intentional liars?
