In the Midst of Culture War Chaos, Where Can We Find Hope?

Here are some observations and opinions from my independent viewpoint, Conservative leaning, mid-west perch. I’ve been sharing many of these across the internet since I began this blog a few years ago…

“I think there is one very significant thing that can be said about the complete lack of common sense, logic and critical thinking across the United States and is absurdity abounds across the United States of America.”

“It’s absolutely absurd for people to be abusing the very core of the Constitution, our freedoms and Liberty to destroy the same Constitution, freedoms and Liberty that literally gives them the individual rights they’re abusing in their efforts to destroy the rights of those they consider to be ideologically impure.”

“At the end of the day, totalitarian progressive activists, requiring their usual hive-minded complete subservience, will sit proudly on their throne of ash having destroyed their impure targets and anything that supported the target, for a lack of progressive purity and then, without using a shred of common sense, critical thinking or logic, they’ll move on to their next impure target with a tragic lack of self awareness.”

“Sweeping across the United States in the 21^st century is a level of hate and irrational hysteria coming from progressives that has never been seen before at any point of our history. Their hate and hysteria is literally targeting things that make the United States of America who we are. There is a unwarranted and unproductive hate of the status quo from people that can’t see the forest for the trees.”

“There is a clear and present danger to our core culture because of the open bastardization of what is considered ‘normal’ in our society and culture.”

“The political left has shown its pattern of propaganda lies within their narratives so many times that it’s beyond me why anyone would blindly accept any narrative that the political left, their lapdog Pravda-USA media, their woke consumed bureaucracy, or their activist supporters actively push?”

“Based on observed cultural, societal and political patterns, I see the 2024 election as being a societal and cultural disaster for the United States of America. No matter who is elected, the reactions are going to be bad, and they’re likely to be very bad.”

“The dark abyss of totalitarianism has wrapped it ugly arms around the USA and has been choking the life out of Liberty one drop at a time until those drops have become a steady stream bleeding us dry.”

“We have to remember that our laws, including the constitution, are only as good as the people and institutions that are suppose to be supporting, defending and enforcing it.”

“I’m honestly not so sure anymore how far the political left will go to ram their bastardizations of the law and totalitarian views down the throats of ‘We the People’ so they can get their one party domination of the USA and that’s a really scary realization. It’s as if in the minds of the political left ‘We the People’ no longer exist, it’s been replaced in their minds with ‘You the Subjugated’.”

“At the top of my list for blogging contents are the absurdities and bastardizations emanating from the the ignorant and immature extremes of the political left, they have grabbed ahold of our society, culture and country as a whole and started dragging it into the oblivion of persecution, intolerance, bigotry, violence, etc with what seems to be an end goal of totalitarianism.”

“In 2016 when Donald Trump came on to the scene and was elected President the political left and their lapdog media could have easily chosen to be the adults in the room but they chose to flush all their ethics and morals, focus on their absolute hate of Trump and the political right, focus on fabricate lies about Trump, twist anything said by Trump as being lies, oppose anything that Trump supported, and literally bastardize the United States Constitution, bastardize the law, and weaponize the justice system to ‘get Trump’ and openly expose the previously hidden anti-American and anti-Constitution undercurrents of their ideological agendas.”

“Modern day progressive activists hate the United States of America, yes they literally hate (feel intense or passionate dislike for) the USA. They hate that the 1st Amendment applies to everyone, they hate ethical journalism, they hate the concept of innocent until proven guilty, they hate the justice system and anyone or anything that supports it, they hate civility, they hate the police, they hate anyone that opposes their ideology, they hate a Constitution that dares to allow others to oppose their ideology, they hate that our basic freedoms and Liberty allow some people to make more money than others, they hate that those they oppose have any rights, they project a belief in rights for me but not for thee, they hate the fact that equal opportunity doesn’t equate to equal outcomes, they hate our system of education, they hate that all our history (both good and bad) make us what we are today, they hate the status quo, they hate, Hate, HATE. Their hate is a malignant cancer to our society, our way of life i.e. our culture, and our country and their anti-American ideology viewpoints are growing like a cancer across the entire spectrum of our society.”

I could go on and on with those truly dismal observations of our society and culture sliding down a slippery slope but I’d like to steer you in a different direction. THE POWER OF THE TRUTH AND WHERE REAL POWER LIES!

Common sense, critical thinking, logic, and liberty may be culturally dead for the time being but hope can still survive. Open your mind for a couple of minutes and listen to Jordan Peterson in this following YouTube clip…

Speaking the truth does NOT mean parroting what you hear in your ideological bubble like a good partisan sheeple, it means find out what’s the real truth (fact based truth) and then share it!

Presidential Candidate Barack Obama correctly stated in 2008 that, “Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.” The progressive left (who the quote was directed at) understood the quote, took the quote as a call to arms, and acted on it and the current cultural chaos is the result; what’s stopping the conservative right from do the same to reverse this chaotic trend?

Remember, if we truly want real changes in the world around us, the changes must begin in us. Values serve as standards for who we choose to follow and for those who choose to follow us. Values are our personal bottom line. Values are our beliefs about what is most important in our lives. Our values determine what we think is right or wrong, good or bad, and what we do or do not do. Values are like the executive level of a computer system. Values are the leverage point that structures a powerful internal impulse that enables leaders to think and act beyond limitation. Use values as leverage to build strength of character in ourselves and those around us and don’t be partisan, instead choose to be very open minded and intentionally non-partisan.

Hope lies in the truth, strength of character to tell the truth lies in values, and ultimately, hope lies within us.
