Hankdog is a way of publicly identifying (in mixed company) a man who obsessively masturbates.

Derived from: 
Hank: short for Hanking: A word used in public when talking about a male masturbating.

Dog: Well like a dog, because dogs are literally obsessive about everything, once you get them started they don’t want to stop.
